It is understood by everyone who uses this site and submits an application that the application fee is NONREFUNDABLE and is used to process your application you have submitted. Once the payment has been made the process of starting the background check, credit check, etc. begins and it is not possible to issue any refunds under any circumstance even if you are denied tenancy.
